What brands and designers do you stock?

Obsessed with great design and high-end quality? SunshiNZ stocks a wide range of streetwear, fashion and designer garments from New Zealand, Australia and American-based brands including  Home-Lee, Rose Road, The Goodnight Society, Annah Stretton, Nes, Cashews, Mi-Moso, Haven, Moke, Garcia, Stella & Gemma, PQ Collection, Minx, and so much more.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

We’d love it if you did! If you live on the West Coast of the South Island or you’re ever passing through, please pop in to see us and shop our range at SunshiNZ: 29 Weld Street, Hokitika.  If you live out of town (and you prefer to shop in your slippers – we get it!) you can browse and purchase from our full range right here online. We ship NZ-wide!

Can I sign up for sale updates and special offers?

YES! You can subscribe to SunshiNZ emails for updates direct to your inbox, or you can LIKE and FOLLOW us on Facebook for style inspiration, NEW item updates, sale announcements and more.

How can I pay for my order?

Shopping online should be a breeze, so we accept a range of payment methods, including Bank Deposit, PayPal, and LayBuy, so you can shop now and pay later!

What are your shipping charges?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00 throughout New Zealand.

How are SunshiNZ items delivered, and when will I receive my order?

We ship all of our items via New Zealand Couriers or Fastway Couriers. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 working days, or 3 – 5 working days if you live in a rural area.( Shipping may take longer due to demand)

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it?

Absolutely! We want you to be in LOVE with your new purchase, which is why we offer a fuss-free, love-it-or-leave-it return policy on all purchases (Excluding Sale items - There are no returns on items purchased at a Sale price).

If for some reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, simply email our team within three days of receiving your order to arrange the return of your purchase and a full money-back refund. Please note that all returns must be in original and unworn condition. 

What if my item arrives damaged, or has a fault?

Rest assured that the utmost care is taken with ALL our orders, and we screen our items carefully for manufacturer faults before sending them out to customers.

While SunshiNZ items very rarely arrive at their destination in less than perfect condition, we guarantee your satisfaction in the unlikely event that this does happen. Simply contact us within three days of receiving your purchase and our friendly team will let you know how to send your purchase back to us for repair or replacement.
